Your inbox has a concierge.

900mail reads, answers and politely declines your email in your own voice. You'll hear about the three messages a day that need you. The rest are taken care of.

Fully booked. All rooms taken.

Questions for the front desk

Why is it so expensive?

Because it works. The price also keeps the hotel small, which keeps it quiet.

Does anyone read my email?

No. Messages are encrypted at rest and in transit, and handled by a model that works only for you. Our staff can't read them. Within a few weeks, neither will you.

When will a room become available?

Rooms open when a guest retires, sells a company, or both. We invite people from the waitlist in the order they applied. The current average wait is seven years and four months.

Can I keep my current address?

Yes. Forward your existing mail to 900mail and keep sending from your own address. Private addresses on 900mail.com are added on top, one for every sender.

How do I contact you?

Write to concierge@900mail.com. Offers we didn't ask for go to spam@900mail.com, where they're read with exactly the care they deserve.

Is it legal to negotiate my rent by email?

In most cantons.

Can I check out?

Any time you like. Most guests don't.
